Jean Vallon, the founder of the group that bears his name, insists not only on specialised techniques but also a personal philosophy : the customer should be free to relax, to have an enjoyable experience in the many salons throughout the region.
This policy has been essential since the opening of Perform Academy in 1990; a training centre where each participant, from apprentices to managers, regularly comes to master the specialist techniques of the brand.
From the initial 12 salons in 1989, Jean Vallon has expanded to a total of 55 in 2008, and its development strategy is now directed towards strengthening the brand both in France and abroad (opening of the Saint Petersburg salon in Russia in 2007).
